Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a Consumer within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@plomien.eu before the withdrawal period expires.

You may (but are not required to) use the standard withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of notifying us about your withdrawal.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or made-to-order products,

Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly,

Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., candles already burned),

Services that have been fully performed with your consent.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (unless you agree otherwise).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@plomien.eu.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
