This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through our online store Plomien, operated by DREWOL Wojciech Woliński (Dziewiętlin 1A, 56-320 Krośnice, Poland).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size of the package.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Poland: 1–3 business days

    • European Union: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and carrier availability)

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or carrier issues.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for the selected shipping method).

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking once the parcel leaves Poland.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All prices include VAT for EU customers.

  • International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship worldwide; however, certain products may have restrictions in specific countries.

  • If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you and issue a full refund.


Risk of Loss

  • All shipments are handed over to carriers with proper packaging and documentation.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@plomien.eu, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
